We also offer standard affordable home plans that are already engineered and ready to be built if you have the land available and subsequent to all approvals from the respected building official’s office. We also work with Architects and Engineers to custom build any affordable, high end residential or low rise commercial project you may have.

We will soon have a number of various Floor Plans that you will be able to select from. Packages will include a complete energy efficient shell (building envelope), hurricane impact windows, insulated metal roofing system and all major interior finishes; flooring, cabinets, trim, lighting and plumbing fixtures, doors etc. Price shown will not include land or labor. However, if the buyer so desires we do have recommended contractors  who are available for the construction of your energy efficient home at an additional cost. Also, if you already have a home designed, or have your own set of plans and are considering building it green, we can also have those plans re-engineered from the conventional building to a green high efficient  building system and still give you the home of your dreams in a more efficient package.
